Best aspects of our romantic getaway were the beautiful surroundings and the comfortable bed. We enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the opportunity to relax in nature. The hotel's location on top of a hill provided fine views and easy access to charming cafes and shops via a cable car. the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options that satisfied our cravings.
Our room was allocated so close to the noise, especially when the hotel wasn't full. the issue with the access card could have been avoided if it had been pre-programmed for pool access.

We got great value for our money with a tasteful and classy junior suite in a good hillside location with fascinating views. The spacious room and unique cable car transportation to the other wing of the hotel added to the charm. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The sky lounge was a winner for its scenic location. it was a great experience!
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety. The overpowering perfume smell in the foyer of the NH City Hotel and the corridor to the wellness area was kind of unpleasant.
